Tutti i prodotti di Minacciolo sono realizzati con materiali naturali. Il legname, certificato PEFC, deriva esclusivamente da piantagioni a rimboschimento controllato. Il massello, impiegato per la realizzazione di tutti gli arredi, viene colorato utilizzando vernici a base d’acqua che, senza alterare il piacere tattile e materico del legno, diminuiscono drasticamente le emissioni tossiche. Le strutture interne, oltre che in legno listellare, possono essere in pannelli di agglomerato di legno classe E1, in base alle normative vigenti in materia di sicurezza e salute. Infatti, i materiali di origine chimica o plastica – è proprio il caso di dirlo – qui non hanno casa, letteralmente. Ma la coscienza ecologica di Minacciolo si riflette anche nelsistema ad alta efficienza energetica che permette all’Azienda l’auto-produzione di energia. Un impianto fotovoltaico posizionato sulla copertura dello stabilimento produce, infatti, tutta l’energia necessaria al funzionamento della struttura e dei macchinari, nonché degli impianti di condizionamento e di riscaldamento.

Although its form and details remain unchanged, the Natural Skin kitchen is available in two variants to cover all requirements: the Home version, conceived mainly for domestic use, and the Professional version, the top of the range, ideal even for the greatest chefs.
